WPRI 12: “Local event to celebrate National School Choice”

(WPRI) — This week is National School Choice and a coalition in Rhode Island is holding an event at the State House Thursday, looking to expand educational choices.

Rachel Maguire with Rhode Island Families for School Choice joined Eyewitness News This Morning to share more about the event.

National School Choice Week is an independent public awareness effort spotlighting effective education options for children, including traditional public schools, public charter schools, magnet schools, private schools, online learning, and homeschooling.
