WHO WE ARE

The Rhode Island Scholarship Alliance (RISA) is the alliance of Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs) working to promote educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged students through the Rhode Island Scholarship Tax Credit Program.

OUR MISSION

RISA believes that every student, regardless of socioeconomic background, deserves the chance to reach their full potential. By advocating for school choice, RISA empowers disadvantaged students to unlock their limitless possibilities.
